I absolutely love working with Brian and his team. I have had the pleasure of working with Brian in 3 different events over the years, from my best friend’s bachelorette where Brian catered her entire weekend worth of amazing food; then my Father’s 75th birthday party with an elegant plated dinner for my family; and finally again, he came through for my best friend’s baby shower (full circle)! Brian has matched me with an amazing chef each time, curating an awesome experience. He goes above and beyond, running to grocery stores during events to make sure me (the host) is not stressed. He gave an awesome whiskey tasting once, and then a mimosa bar. He matched my theme, my colors, and always checks in to make sure you have everything. And before you know it, the entire kitchen is cleaned and they’re out the door. Full service beyond measure and worth every penny. My family and I think of Brian and Monique as friends now, and I highly recommend you use them for your next event!! You will not be disappointed!Posted on Google

Chef Mackenzie made us two amazing several course meals that were the best we have ever had, and that's saying a lot when you have traveled the world! This unique concept allows clients to rent a stunning private home and enjoy a meticulously crafted meal by a professional chef. Our evening began with a tour of the elegant home, followed by a six-course dinner prepared by Chef Todd Griffith. We started with an "Empress Gin French 75" cocktail and ended the night with an "Añejo Smoked Old Fashioned." The menu featured exquisite dishes such as the "Greetings" Pickled Oyster with cucumber mignonette, caviar, and dill; the "Amuse Bouche" Seared Scallop with black olive caramel, peperonata, and fennel; the "Soup" Sopa de Ajo with cream, herb oil, and crispy garlic; the "Salad" Tomato Crudo with beet-chile puree, pepitas, queso fresco, hibiscus vinegar, and mint; the "Entrée" Spice-Rubbed Tri-Tip with butter-braised potato, chermoula sauce, baby broccoli, and bordelaise; and the "Dessert" Honey Pot de Crème with mint-infused cream, raspberry, and a lace cookie. We were greeted curbside by Brian who took our luggage and gave us a champagne tour of the beautiful property. The pictures online don’t do justice to the design and attention to detail in this home – from the huge, plate glass front door to the ‘raindrop’ chandelier to the ‘fire and water’ feature in the back yard, it’s jaw dropping. We had an amazing time watching shows on the massive 4K, backlit TV with surround sound in the main room – and loved the roomy, quiet, and super-comfortable master suite. Out back, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub on a cool winter day! The most notable aspect of the Concept is the experience provided by Brian, the live-in chef. Each morning, he made each of us our own breakfast tailored to our tastes (tip: try his French omelet!). During the day, he often made us drinks and provided snacks while we enjoyed the property. The crown jewel was the happy hour Brian provided for us and 10 of our local friends. Brian put together a custom menu, including appetizers that covered a range of very specific food-needs, wine pairings, and three of his signature cocktails. It was clear to see that Brian was in his ‘happy place’ while preparing and hosting this amazing event. It’s also worth mentioning the location of this home in a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. Sandy V.15 May 2023I wanted something different to surprise my husband on his birthday, so I arranged a dinner party for 13 close friends. What an evening! Brian and his crew were prompt, accommodating, polite, efficient and attentive. I've eaten at restaurants around the world and never enjoyed better cuisine! And they clean up before they leave. Shelby S.1 May 2023I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5! I wanted to do something fun and unique for my bachelorette party, and dinner with DRISCOLL was the highlight of everyone's trip! Chefs Brian and Todd curated a fantastic menu that celebrated tastes of the southwest with perfect wine pairings. They arrived at our Airbnb exactly when expected and brought all of the necessary materials and ingredients with them, which was such a relief to not have to worry about what the Airbnb did or didn't have stocked. Brian and Todd were so kind and hospitable, the service and timing of everything was paced just right. My girls and I felt so at ease to share hilarious stories that had us rolling in laughter and I'm sure Brian and Todd got a kick out of it! To have a 5-star dining experience at "home" in a relaxed atmosphere was an absolutely amazing experience that I couldn't recommend more to anyone, and I look forward to working with DRISCOLL again - book them NOW! Lauren A.22 August 2022Brian and his team were fabulous. We had a bachelorette weekend at an Airbnb where we came from out of town. It was seamless for three amazing meals and days. The attention to detail is truly wonderful, everything for our Bride to Be was what she wanted, even had us all trying new foods. We had some girls with allergies and pickier eaters; Brian and Chef Kevin helped so much by paying close attention to our "likes and dislikes". And we added a whiskey bourbon tasting and mimosas for our last day. And waking up to an absolutely clean home was so easy and allowed this Maid of Honor to actually sit and enjoy my time with my friends and the Bride to Be. And at the end of it all, they even went the extra mile to help me pack up all of the leftovers to drive back home. Every penny was worth it. I want all the recipes!+9Posted on Yelp

We had interviewed a bunch of chef's for our friends bachelorette weekend and Brian was by far the most responsive and on top of everything. He crafted a menu to exactly what my friend was looking for and the service and food was incredible. Can not say enough great things about Brian and his team!! DO IT!Posted on Yelp

We ended up having to change our family vacation fairly last minute and were beyond excited that they had availability for our group. From the moment I connected with Chef Brian I could tell how passionate he was in his field. Chef Laura catered to our many dietary needs and delivered a delicious product that both kids and adults enjoyed. Chef Brian's cocktails were the perfect addition as well. What we loved the most about them however was how much Chef Brian revered and respected every single one of his employees and was constantly building them up to us and supporting them behind the scenes. And while we did not meet Monique, she was beyond excellent at meet our requests and providing quick feedback. Their food and cocktails are incredible and the service was 5 stars all the way. We would HIGHLY recommend Driscoll Cuisine & Cocktail! We have had our fair share of private chefs and they are at the top!Load more
